Our Courses

We currently run four courses in Cambridge and Suffolk:

Level 1 BWRT® Training – General Psychopathology

This is the starting level for all therapists who are new to BWRT training. Completing the Level 1 training gives you the status of BWRT Professional and equips you to deal with all manner of issues. Successful completion of the assessment will give you the option of joining the Terence Watts Institute of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy which will lead to Registered Practitioner status with access to a massive library of extra information and resource.

Level 2 BWRT® Training – Psychology of Identity and Behaviour

This advanced training builds on the techniques learnt in Level 1 and allows you to work with the core identity aspects of self-identification and associated behaviour. Level 2 recognises the link between the client’s behaviours and their core identity. It gives you the tools needed to create lasting change in self-perception, thus enabling you to work more effectively with many addictive and obsessive behaviours.

Diffusing Depression

The BWRT® Defusing Depression Protocol dissects depression and explores the mechanisms that will tell you why it exists, and what needs to happen for it to be resolved. This course provides a structured plan and new BWRT® protocols that will reenergise the client, allowing them to regain a full life.

Abolishing Anxiety

The BWRT® Abolishing Anxiety Programme was designed specifically for working with Free Floating Anxiety, the symptoms of which can often be totally intractable. It will also work with General Anxiety Disorder of course and this in-depth programme provides a structured plan with more new BWRT® protocols.
